Object of the issue The Issue comprises of Fresh Issue of 7,250,000 Equity Shares by the Company aggregating upto Rs.1268.75 million (“Fresh Issue”) and the Offer for Sale of up to 1,450,000 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders.
